  • Raymond's exclusive ACR System™ gives you more uptime and lower maintenance costs compared with DC-powered trucks. AC motors have fewer wearable parts—no brushes, spring sets or commutators, like those found on DC motors. You’ll save on parts and labor, and your trucks will spend more time working and less time in the maintenance shop.
  • You’ll also save on batteries, chargers and downtime. The ACR System uses less energy, giving you more performance per battery charge.
  • When you need to change a battery, you’ll appreciate the time-saving side removal access to the battery compartment - standard on Model 4400 trucks.
  • To cut ownership costs even more, Raymond includes oil-cooled disc brakes as standard equipment. The sealed brake system keeps dirt and grime out. Your brakes can last up to twice as long as dry brakes.

    • The roomy, comfortable operator compartment is easy to enter. The semisuspension seat adjusts for back tilt, operator weight and lumbar support.
    • To fit each operator’s preference, Raymond includes a convenient tilt steering column as standard equipment.
    • The controls are natural, tactile and intuitive. All hydraulic functions are color-coded and within easy reach.
    • The position of the levers fits the natural movements of the operator’s arm and hand.
    • The operator can touch a button to initiate up to six preprogrammed performance speeds.
    • Unique open view mast gives operators a clear line of sight to the load for more efficient handling and stacking, and less product damage.
