Every "A" Series heavy duty fully hydraulic dock leveler deck is reinforced with 4" x 6" high strength steel structural I-beams.
Full-featured hydraulic system incorporates independent deck and lip operation with separate cylinders powered by a 1 hp powerpack. All leveler functions are controlled from a remote pushbutton station. Hydraulic system includes independent lip control for fast cycle time, and automatic return to cross traffic when truck departs.
Side-to-side deck tilt enables leveler to compensate for canted truck beds while avoiding damaging twisting forces. The tilting system provides maintained tilt, thus ensuring full contact between dock leveler lip and truck bed. Maintained tilt avoids costly damage to lift truck tires and steering mechanisms. Side to side tilt compensation is up to 4".
Standard safety features include: full range toe guards on sides and rear of leveler, high visibility safety striping on sides, permanently attached maintenance strut (for service personnel safety), hydraulic "fall safe" velocity fuse, emergency stop button on control station, safety tread plate steel.
Vertical travel and automatic vertical compensation is 12" above and 12" below dock level.
The dock leveler is controlled by a multi pushbutton wall mounted station.
Standard accessories are night locks and two 10" W x 13"H x 4"D molded rubber dock bumpers.
Capacities available are 30,000 lb, 35,000 lb, 40,000 lb, 45,000 lb, 50,000 lb, 60,000 lb, and 80,000 lb.

Warranty standard is ten-year structural and five-year on power pack. One year parts and labor from date of shipment.
